We will endeavour to get all items purchased in the post within 2-3 working days. Postage is via Royal Mail 2nd class within the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK then contact us for a quote for postage.

 

 

Refund policy

 

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on items bought directly from our website (except earrings for hygiene reasons). Items must be returned with their original packaging and receipt for a refund. We advise that returns are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility unless the item is signed for by Sparkletastic glass. If you have bought our jewellery via  one of our wholesale distributors (rather than directly through this website) then please contact that distributor for details of their refund/return policy.

Note on website photography

 

Since each piece of glass is handmade we will endeavour to send you one as similar as possible to the one in the photograph on this website. Sometimes it may not to be exactly the same one as in the photo but we will make sure that it is a similar colour, size and design.

 

Allergen and skin sensitivity.

 

Findings and necklaces are silver plated (unless otherwise stated) and are nickel and cadmium free. We use a two part epoxy glue suitable for jewellery to attach the glass to the metal. There is a risk that there is dried glue still around the edge of the join then it may contact your skin when the jewellery is worn. We do not know of anyone who has has a sensitivity to the dried glue but there is still a risk of it causing contact dermatitis.

 

We can use sterling silver bails but the cost varies according to the market value of silver and we would usually have to make another piece of glass of similar colour, size and design to that on the website to attach the new sterling silver bail to. If you would like a piece with sterling silver then please email us and we can give you a quote and an idea of how long it would take us to make it for you.
